Summary
And this—this is what Itadori needs. All of them together, huddled in each other's embrace, sharing space on the same bed like the sleepovers they used to have back when their lives were simpler. A little piece of Itadori which has been holding its breath since the moment they split up starts to breathe. The storm raging on inside him quietens, and calms. The rest of the world fades out like a bad dream.
It's okay, that little piece of him says. It's all right, now. You're whole again.
(Kugisaki recovers, and the first years meet for the first time since the Shibuya incident. Itadori and Fushiguro find a moment of peace in Kugisaki's bedroom.)
