Summary
No! this year was it. It was the dwarves' first Hobbit birthday and he was dead set on executing the best set of gifts anyone this side of Hobbiton had ever seen.
Little did Bilbo know what these gifts would mean to his friends.
Or " Bilbo accidentally proposes to half of the Lonely Mountain."

Summary
Growing up in the reclusive boundaries of the Shire, Bilbo Baggins learned early on that she had to ensure no one knew what she was. It had to remain secret. So she contented herself to a peaceful hobbitish life filled with books and tea, all to ease her intentional solitary lifestyle. Until she catches sight of Thorin. Not only is she a dwarf master of the forge, but she is a stunning Lady with a hidden past and even more dangerous secret than Bilbo's. And whats worse? She knows Bilbo's secret.
Pleasant warmth blanketed Bilbo inside and out. It felt natural to talk to Thorin and time slipped past her fingers as they connected. She had never felt so naturally drawn to someone. A shame she couldn't do anything about it. At least she could enjoy this moment together.
Any weak conviction that their touch was simply platonic was gone when Thorin's cool fingers brushed through her curls. Bilbo shuddered from the delightful touch. Thorin grinned, eyes half lidded as the hobbit melted into her side from the mere petting of her hair. "Thorin?" Bilbo's hand clutched her empty mug, desperate to stay tethered to something that wasn't the tempting dwarf.

Summary
After what's felt like a lifetime of danger, heartbreak, and loss, Bilbo Baggins just wants one thing: safety. And maybe a good book.
Bilbo Baggins, a part-time student and full time mess, runs a city café like a pro—but somehow, a socially awkward, mysteriously quiet man pops up behind the espresso machine and completely throws her off her game. He’s shy, precise, and somehow intimidatingly handsome. She’s kind, quirky, and way too good at reading people. Add coffee, chaos, and a few lingering glances, and suddenly the slowest of slow-burn romances is brewing.
Or:
A coffee shop, a new job, and two people carrying far too much history.
Bilbo wants stability. Thorin wants to disappear.
What they find instead is each other — in small kindnesses, awkward silences, and the quiet relief of being seenFeaturing a cool AF Bilbo, awkward AF Thorin, and a wonderful crew of friends.

Summary
Bilbo Baggins was a great many things. He was the master of Bag End, a wealthy gentle hobbit, the favored grandson of the Thain, son of Belladonna Took, and a renowned scholar within the Shire. In fact, Bilbo had made an excellent name for himself, he was a reputable, if estranged and largely rumored about, member of his community. Bilbo was all of this and more, however, there was one thing he was not. That one thing was a simple matter. He was not a Baggins.

Summary
It was a well-known truth that Hobbits, especially those of the most respectable families, did not leave the Shire. And why would they ever wish to? Everything they needed was within the safe and comfortable boundaries. Life in the Shire was peaceful and full of joy; as the only needs of a Hobbit are good food, good company, and good ale. Any outsiders who ventured into the Shire, whether passing through or for trade, were looked at with little welcome and quite a bit of suspicion.
So, on the rare occasion that a Hobbit expressed their wishes to venture beyond the safety of the Shire or, Lady Yavanna forbid, actually do so, they would be considered to be more than a little mad and not at all a respectable sort. And all the habitants of the Shire knew that there was no Hobbit madder and completely unrespectable than Belladonna Took.
That is, until her daughter, Bluebell Baggins left the Shire – with little more than a quickly scrawled note leaving Bag End to her cousin Drogo – in the company of Dwarves.Chroí is irish for heart btw. I love the idea of hobbits being a lot like the Irish - after all we have a lot in common!
