Summary
After the fight on Mustafar, several things changed between Obi-Wan and Anakin.
The first is that Obi-Wan Kenobi had to flee, flee from the person he loved most and who had become his alpha.
The second is that in desperation at not having his omega by his side, Anakin kills his master, Darth Sidious, to become emperor.
The alpha will do everything in his power to bring his omega back to his side, unaware that Obi-Wan ran away to protect his children.
