Summary
Tim and Lucy were high school sweethearts. But when Tim decided to join the army, they chose to break up. A week before Tim deployed, they discovered Lucy was pregnant. Wanting to protect Lucy and the baby, they decided to get married.
Fourteen years and four kids later, Tim chose to take an early retirement. But when he returned home for good, they realized they didn’t know how to be around each other—they were used to only seeing each other during breaks between Tim’s tours. They began fighting over the smallest things.
A year later, Lucy filed for divorce. Now, 9 months after the split, Tim and Lucy are trying to co-parent their children, even though emotions still run high.
