Summary
The year is 3022, and together humanity and monsterkind have managed to cast themselves into space. Across a host of different worlds and cultures, very few things remain common. One of them is the Mecha Defense Unit, an interplanetary defense organization comprised of the best and brightest tasked with protecting colonization efforts and defending established colonies. The MDU recently announced a contest for a spot on the force, and you are the lucky winner of the contest!
However, the reward is certainly not what you were expecting.
