Did Mettaton… Really like horror or something? It kind of made sense, he loved chainsaws and violence and stuff like that, but also Alphys thought she'd… already know if he was into horror? Like, their entire friendship had been built upon talking about what types of movies and shows they liked! Surely it would've come up earlier..?

Sunday bends his focus to this liespinning so he doesn’t think of the curl in his stomach of what can only be hate, sweet and hot, at the idea of Gallagher pleading. “Surely you should have known to report to Captain Woolsey. That is the protocol, no?”
Gallagher lifts a shoulder in a lazy shrug and lets his gaze slide up Sunday’s wrist; arms; neck before retracing its steps to Sunday’s hands. Sunday can feel more than see the tracing of Gallagher’s eyes over where his skin is exposed, and he shifts his hand, just barely. The bones of his hands flex and become minutely more pronounced.
Gallagher’s pupils dilate.
