Summary
You know, when an older, immortal, winged version of himself appeared in his world, Dream really didn't expect that he'd wind up adopted with four older siblings in an entirely different reality from his own.
But that's what happened, and now he's visiting their home for the first time. He's not prepared for the sheer nonsense that ensues.
[[A gentle warning to those considering reading this but not any of the rest of either series: you’re going to be lacking 200k+ worth of context from the main series and the rest of this one. Things are absolutely buckwild compared to canon in a way that you’re not going to be expecting.

Summary
Dream didn't remember. He didn't remember anything he did to Tommy, didn't remember all the pain and destruction he had caused. "Bullshit!" Tommy yelled, futilely trying to escape from his friend's grips yet again. "How do you know that he's not manipulating you again? As he always does?!"
After the egg takes over and kills everybody, they get reincarnated into the modern world with their memories from their first life and Tommy just really wants to kill Dream.
Except that Dream doesn't remember.

Dreams are peculiar things. When you sleep, which is something scientists cannot explain either, you could have these visions. These moments where you feel what you could not in the real world.
Soon enough the experiences are blurry, unrecognisable, maybe you would only remember a smidge of what you saw. Maybe you would forget all of it. But what happens when the dreams you lived through were real? How long would it take for the “dreams” to turn into “nightmares”?
Clay Taken is a struggling writer in this harsh world, his books always get bad reviews and stars and in his small room that he stays up in all the time he starts to dream. Dreams of wars and magic, gods and society.
But when he woke up he could still remember it clearly. Like it was a part of his own memory. So he starts to write. Write about the battles and wars, the conflict and betrayal. Write and write until the story is unfinished.
He put down his pen as he felt something whisper in his ear. In a place unfamiliar and dreary he sees the person that he controlled. “I have done my part, now do yours.” He wakes up in a different place.
A place he should not be in.
