My dearest and most favoured healer Eir, the note began, and her heart plummeted as she threw herself into action, doing her best to skim the note as she moved - would hate to compromise either your occasionally strained good opinion of me or - she gathered the kit she kept just for him from its shelf - find myself in this non-verbal bind through no fault of my own - tried to shout for one of the healers and curse at the same time - to the besmirching of a dwarfish masterwork - first the thing itself and now this, Odin’s children were going to kill her yet - against what I am sure would be your very best advice, (hence the delay) - she was as near to running through the halls as she could get - With my sincerest apology and deepest regard, it finished as though he had ever truly felt sorry for anything, ~L.
