Summary
In the country of Wameria a war brews with the Coalition of Independent Northern Territories. Despite diplomatic efforts tensions rise and both sides are rushing to hire the best adventurers of fame and legend for their side of the seemingly inevitable war. Very few groups of reliable adventurers are left south of the mountain range to do the smaller jobs, clearing out monster hot spots, recovering stolen relics, or even rescuing missing people. In the coastal city of Mare Harbor one such job awaits. The job posting: a reward of 1000 gold for each member of the party that manages to find and rescue the missing children of Mare Harbor, specifically one Lady Kaina Noss, and bring their kidnappers to justice.

Wei Ying grins. "I mean…. Future 'me' can kind of just reach back to a point where past 'me' made a bad mistake and kind of…. Whack me upside the head?"
That actually startles a laugh out of his little brother. "You're gonna whack your brains out someday," he predicts.
Wei Ying sniffs, pointedly folding the talisman and tucking it back into his sleeve. "Excuse you! This is only in case of emergencies! Anyway, all of my ideas are great so I'll probably never have to-- hey!"
Jiang Cheng watches Wei Ying glare accusingly at him, the way he always does when Jiang Cheng smacks him for making a bad joke. Joke's on Wei Ying, though, Jiang Cheng hasn't moved an inch.
"Maybe future 'you' already knows you're a dumbass," he says, with no little amusement.
"I--" Wei Ying tries to hide it, but that's definitely another flinch. Somewhat subdued, he brings a hand to rub beside his ear. "…Maybe."

Summary
Shen Yuan transmigrates during the previous generation of Cang Qiong, and despite being totally mediocre (or so he thinks) he ends up becoming the Head Disciple of Qing Jing Peak. Shen Yuan decides to try and live his life to the best of his ability, avoid the scum villain when he makes his inevitable appearance, and grow stronger so he can stay alive long enough to be able to see his favourite protagonist in the flesh - and then escape so he's not killed when Luo Binghe takes over the world.
But, of course, the plot has got to plot, and nothing ever goes according to plan.

"I want to be your concubine!" Nie Huaisang interrupts their walk, one cloudy day as they both blush at their hand holding.
"What?" Jiang Yanli says.
"You were serious about that!?" Jin Zixuan sputters.
"Of course I was!" Nie Huaisang puffs. "I want it an official position as soon as you can—I know you probably can't convince your father, but when you become Sect leader, make it official, Jin Zixuan! Make me Lady Jiang's concubine!"
"I don't think that's how this works," Jin Zixuan says faintly.
Time traveling NHS lives his best life by becoming JYL's concubine. Somehow this solves all their issues. No, really.
