Summary
Welcome to the Cloud Recesses, a Lan Family owned ski resort that is in an alternate version of the Sierras where Chinese laborers took over one of the railroad towns or something. Don't look too hard at the logistics here. Just enjoy the ski resort vibes and yet another rendition of WangXian falling in love in new and unusual ways!
This series is 100% a shamelessly self-indulgent trip down memory lane of my time as a Kids' Club instructor as a teenager. WY and LZ are decidedly NOT teenagers here, but this is deep in the nostalgia bottle and is not looking to surface. That said, any resemblance to people or events is entirely on purpose, but like... if you recognize yourself or someone else, hi? Weird way to reconnect, I guess?
