Summary
Life is hard enough to navigate when your parents did nothing but destroy your sense of self, and you never figured out how to be a better version of yourself. It makes it hard to even get out of bed and take care of yourself, much less be an anchor for others who feel the same way.
Maximus, Willy, and Vegetta are learning this fact the hard way, holding each other tightly and capable of spinning out of control at a moments' notice.

Quackity was on his far right, so that was most likely why Bad’s gaze lingered on him a second at the end, softening slightly. He tried to brush it off and ignore the humiliation slowly creeping back up on him.
