Midoriya Izuku has a Quirk, but it's a weak one. Admittedly, the ability to clone yourself would certainly be considered powerful, but not when your only two clones disappear after a single hit. All his life, he was led to believe his Quirk was useless, but a series of chance encounters would change that outlook soon enough.

Summary
