Summary
Razputin Aquato was taken from his family's circus by the Deluginists after they witnessed his hydrokinetic capabilities at such a young age. For the next three years of his life, he was trained and forced to carry out psychic attacks against the Psychonauts, culminating in a raid on the compound that he escaped from.
Now labeled a psychic terrorist, Raz has been on the run for some time as he commits crime after crime. Will the Psychonauts save this wayward child from the brink of villainy? Or will they be submerged under the waves of Riptide?
