Summary
His clothes are way too big. He’s been kidnapped by a monk, but somehow the fact that he’s tripping over his tunic and boots is the more troubling part. The monk, who introduced himself as Aang, seems harmless for the most part. The monk is carrying a set of swords, but he’s carrying them wrong. Zuko has only been studying under Master Piandao for a year now, and he hasn’t been allowed to touch a sword in that time, but he knows that much at least. They’ve been walking for hours. The area isn’t remotely familiar to him, which is the only reason he hasn’t taken off yet. That and the monk is strangely quick on his feet. At least he’s a chatterbox. When Zuko does decide to make his escape, he’ll probably be able to hear the boy coming a mile off. He’s only six, but Mother and Father had told him this day might come, and what exactly to do when he was kidnapped.

The Detective turns to him once her spawn is out of the room, looking uncertain but hopeful. Shy, even. “I, um, need to tuck her in, but… Can you stay a little while?”
He should probably say no, that there’s something pressing at Lux to tend to; he could probably even have Patrick fabricate a situation. But, of course, he doesn’t; he doesn’t lie, especially not to her. Besides, he would be a fool of the highest regard to turn down the chance to spend even another minute more with her.
“Of course, Detective,” he says quietly. “Nowhere I’d rather be.”
After game night, Chloe convinces Lucifer to stay.

“In true Lucifer fashion, let’s make a deal, Detective,” he offered, letting his mind switch to the carnal side of things, dipping a foot into the sins-of-the-flesh pool, slowly leaving the hellfire bath he had been soaking in, pruned and scalded.
Lucifer waited, of course he did. Counted the seconds as they turned into minutes, still no response came, no act to escape. He sighed, a bothered sort of sound, as if she had been wasting his time, like she wouldn’t acknowledge there was no other way the night would go. “If you’re wet, right now,” he said, eyeing down her entire body, lingering at the space his hips were touching her torso, acting as if he could see through their bodies, see under her clothes to what he was wanting. “I fuck you into the ground. If you’re not, I leave. For good,” he finished, a dangerous smirk on his plush lips, an eyebrow raised in a question awaiting response. “How does that sound, hm?”
