  Summary

  In 2574, following the creation of the United Sentient Species Federation, humanity discovers even more intelligent life beyond the known galaxy.
  After secretly infiltrating the Normandy Project, the Federation intervenes to save Commander John Shepard from death after the Collectors’ devastating attack at the end of Mass Effect 1.
