It's like an awful jittery feeling and cramping. She feels nervous for some reason. Her heart is beating like her life is in danger. What's up with that?
Is it because Cassie is a mom? She knows she has issues but not that extreme. There's no way that's the case. Cassie seemed friendly in the messages and right now. Victoria means to ask what hospital she works at, but the pounding in her chest makes her forget it that quickly.

“Wait for it.” Rumi’s hands press against the glass while her eyes scan the skyline excitingly. Suddenly, her hand shoots to the right. “There! Over there!”
Mira’s gaze follows to where Rumi is pointing and sees it just in time. A glimmer of gold waving through the Honmoon.
“Holy shit,” Mira mutters.
Zoey’s eyes widen. “Was that…?”
“A glimpse of the golden Honmoon,” Rumi fills in the question, her eyes shining brightly. “I think our fans like for us to be an item.”

Despite the hours ticking away, she couldn’t go to bed. She was too deep in. She needed to do more research-- how could she be autistic? She wasn’t… like her other friends. Sure, she was a little anxious and perhaps a bit socially awkward, but… autistic?
However, despite the unease she felt on the surface, there was a part of her that seemed to be at rest for the first time in her life. A part that told her she just wasn’t trying hard enough, that she could be normal if she just worked a little harder. If she just dressed a little nicer, smiled a little bigger, spoke a little softer. If she got a little smaller, maybe nobody would notice how much space she really took up. If she quieted herself down, maybe nobody would notice how loud her thoughts could get.
