...Everything was going according to plan until it wasn't— The Lamb is gone. Not a spirit or soul left behind to guide or possess. Nothing.
Regardless, the red crown settles back upon Narinder's head.Narinder is back in the mortal plane, set to grow his power as efficiently as possible. Except, without The Lamb to tend to them, the flock will require attention. It will take time and patience, lots of it, but with all the hard parts out of the way, and all his siblings dead, the path back to his former glory should be simple and familiar. He's made this journey to power before.
But what if new responsibilities arose? How about new foes? And what if someone who was believed to be gone, but wasn't so gone after all, is brought back...?
