If only Potter would stop being so damn distracting, maybe they could actually get something done.

The night sky is clear, not a single cloud is there to cover the crescent moon hanging high above the horizon like a children’s mobile above a cradle. The stars burn blinding spots in the midnight blue, and every constellation taunts him, each reflection perfectly rippling on the smooth surface of the lake. Who knows, what if they name one after him when he’s not around to hear it anymore?
Or, in which there is a very fine line between sanity and madness (between sacrifice and self-slaughter); he toes it every day of his life until it's worn and fraying (until it eventually snaps from the effort).
