   Summary

   It was possibly the most unusual betrothal ceremony Celeborn had ever been present at. The ceremony fulfilled all the requirements of a traditional ceremony, but Celeborn would have preferred that it did not fulfil one of them. It hurt him to see the sorrow in Elrond's eyes, but Celeborn will do something.
