Alternate universe where it's Arcane, but also vampires.
Vampires have plagued Zaun since the rise of the Piltover, feasting on the unfortunate, mainly those from the Undercity. After one of her servants is killed by the notorious "V" of the Undercity, pureblood vampire Caitlyn Kiramman decides to hunt down the vampire slayer and deal with the problem herself. However, "V" turns out to be a young woman with mesmerizing blue eyes that rival any vampire compulsion, Caitlyn soon begins to hunt the young woman for her heart instead. Vi is just trying to safely return to her sister and lie low after a rough slaying when she feels as though someone is following her. Soon she meets the infamous heir of Kiramman family, a pureblood vampire that won't leave her be. Powder is trying to be the best vampire slayer but it's hard with her sister stopping her at every turn, she is going to prove herself one way or another after finding a lead on the powerful rogue vampire lord.

Charlie didn't mean to summon the Devil. Dealing with demons is one thing — dealing with the capital 'D' Devil, King of Hell, Fallen Angel, Sovereign of the Seven Rings is quite another, thank you, and she prefers to keep her soul right where it is.
The trouble is that when you do accidentally summon the Devil, he doesn't really like to let you just walk away. And say what you will about him, but the guy sure does know how to make a bargain.
(AKA: Demon hunter Charlie accidentally summons Lucifer while seeking information for a case. She decides that having sex with the Devil once is probably worth saving some lives and allows him to fuck her without knowing that he's her father until far too late.)

Summary
Vi stares across a vast expanse of horror and gore on the bridge where it all started and found her sister on the other side; for the first time truly seeing the madness that lays behind her sister's innocent eyes.
In one world Vi left Ekko to fight Jinx while she got Caitlyn to safety at Jinx's expense. This one act would send Vi in a downward spiral of painful self-destruction culminating in the ruin of not only her morals and loyalties, but also her love and sisterly bond with Jinx.
In another Vi runs for Jinx, still seeing hope despite the fire dancing in her sister's eyes.
Not much changes.
