Summary
Fleeing was all she knew since her shrine was attacked by demons when she was just a young Miko-in-training. Surviving was her utmost priority for almost a decade now, and carrying with her only a sacred bell to detect demons and a small dagger to protect herself from humans and demons alike.
Hikari did not plan on meeting these kids, especially one who was a demon. She did not plan on accompanying them to their destination from some sense of responsibility as an adult. She did not plan on warming up to these kids and staying with them despite the danger that followed them in their adventures.
But... they were just kids.
