Summary
How to harvest the most agony? How best to twist the knife?
While immediately swapping all of them would be shocking and difficult for both sides, it wouldn’t bring the Specter the maximum yield. To swap those once connected would increase the amount of suffering, but it still wouldn’t be perfect. There was only one solution: make it random.
Force both sides into a paranoid spiral of wondering who was next, of when they would be tossed into a role they would hate, of what would become of the life they had slowly carved out.
Make the recently-turned Killers spend time with the people they’ve been slaughtering, only to see those same people take up the mantle of murderer. Allow those separated by roles reconnect, only to rip them apart again. Yes, this would do the trick.

The rounds have begun to grow dull, Killers and Survivors alike settling into their roles. The Specter seeks to change that.

Summary
There’s a rustle, and he feels Noli’s other hand cup the other side of his face. His thumb rubs over 007n7’s jawbone, and he keens, trying to force his face deeper into those lovely hands.
“Oh” is all Noli says. He whispers it like he’s looking at something beautiful.
007n7 gets a little too drunk at a party in college. Thankfully, theres someone waiting for him to get home, and, well, they call alcohol 'liquid courage' for a reason.
