Years pass, and his steel-type regime is ready for just about every challenge, except for one other team. Dallas Cisneros, a fire-type trainer, is more strategic, has trained longer, and has a more obvious passion. He has been the largest obstacle in Winston's view for longer than he's wanted the title, but there may be something more than what meets the eye.
