Summary
Bi-Han, the eldest son and heir to the ancient Lin Kuei clan, had trained his entire life to inherit the mantle of Grandmaster, continuing his family’s legacy as protectors of Earthrealm. Summary
When Madame Bo's tea house is torn apart by something big, hairy, and unquestionably supernatural, Johnny Cage appoints himself lead investigator in what he proudly calls "Operation: Moon Madness."
Bi-Han thinks it's all nonsense. Kuai Liang is just trying to keep the peace. Raiden's documenting everything like a Fnaf theorist, Kung Lao won't stop making puns and contributing to Johnny's antics, and Tomas… well, Tomas seems very sleep-deprived.
Between dramatic theories, silver forks, and way too many stakeouts the Lin Kuei brothers and their unwilling allies must uncover the truth and solve this mystery.
Spoiler: Johnny Cage is doing way too much for a guy who thinks he's in a Scooby-Doo episode.

Summary
(Takes place after MKX, where Noob/Bi-Han is in place of Kitana, also Fujin is there, cause MacGuffin)
After defeating the armies of Shinnok, Earthrealm is safe once more. However, the Temple of the Elements has a new case: a broken ex-Lin Kuei, who is finally able to shirk the control of his dark masters. With his old love Sareena, Bi-Han has slowly remembered the beauties of life. In order to move on, however, he must confront his past actions as Noob Saibot.
But does he even deserve to move on?
(I'm still salty over Bireena never getting a proper conclusion, so I decided to write my own happy ever after. There's only probably going to be 1-3 chapters after this one, and maybe an epilogue idea I have cooking up with their daughter. Will try to update soon.)

Summary
This is a DarkVerse version of the story of Mortal Kombat Mythology: Sub-Zero. This story highlights the origins of the Lin Kuei and its most prominent members, the Sub-Zero brothers, Bi-Han and Kuai Liang. Bi-Han, the elder Sub-Zero, is a ruthless Lin Kuei assassin tasked with retrieving a mysterious amulet for the sorcerer Quan Chi. Unbeknownst to him, his mission triggers a chain of events that endangers the realms and tests his loyalty, morality, and the bonds with his family. As Sub-Zero confronts dark truths about his clan, his enemies, and himself, he is forced to choose between continuing on a path of cold-hearted brutality or seeking redemption for his past actions. Along the way, his actions lead to the resurrection of an old foe, and the looming Mortal Kombat tournament sets the stage for his ultimate fate.
Torn between honor and vengeance, Sub-Zero must face not only his enemies but also the shadows within himself, as powerful forces conspire to use him as a pawn in their plans for domination.
