The project was top secret, the public didn’t know details, and political patience was already thinning. Budgets were being questioned. Eva Stratt was being questioned. Leaders were starting to think locally instead of globally.
So when international support starts to falter, Eva Stratt brings Ryland Grace as her plus-one to a donor gala. A bureaucratic misunderstanding turns them into a couple.
They go along with it to save the world.
