Miles snorted. “If I recall, you scolded me three weeks ago for allowing my mood to influence my work.”
“Of course I noticed,” protested Olivier. “We’re practically on top of each other, Miles.”
Miles’s pupils dilated further at that. Olivier felt the grind of her migraine.
