Lena Luthor was so tired of being the villain. Of being seen as a Luthor. When her mother kidnapped her and took her to the vault, a spider bite was the least of her problems. Until the next day.
Follows canon but with a twist - Spider-Man characters and secret identity shenanigans.

“Why are you wearing that?”
“Wearing…what?” Kara asks, looking down at herself. Her costume is cheap, sure – just a baggy black polyester robe, a hat, and a green rubber mask with a warty nose – but it was the first costume she saw at the store, and she didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on something she planned on throwing away.
“That.” The woman nods her head at Kara’s general presence, her eyes lingering on the mask. “That costume.”
“It’s Halloween?” Kara shrugs, completely lost.
“Yes, and this is why I hate Halloween,” the woman says, with a little more heat behind it. “It’s…it’s perpetuating stereotypes.”
For a few long moments, Kara stares at the woman’s steadily reddening face. When she finally opens her mouth, all she can manage is “...what?”
OR
Kara and Lena find each other at a Halloween party not long after their first meeting, but neither recognize the other past their costumes. Their spark, however, is completely intact.
OR OR
If Lena was a witch from the beginning, Kara didn’t recognize her because of a terrible disguise, and they fucked in a storage closet.

It's that Kara might actually be starting to like her.

“I do know you.” Supergirl’s voice is soft and tender, a contrast to the wildfire that blazed in her blue eyes. “And you know me. Look at me, Lena.” Lena complies, locking gazes with Supergirl. “Really look at me.”
Lena notes the pleading tone in the hero’s voice and takes a moment to look deeply into those bold, azure eyes. Even though they’re intense, even though they’re filled with an anger Lena has never seen before, they’re also familiar. Why is that? This kind of familiarity comes with knowing someone intimately. She doesn’t have that kind of relationship with Supergirl, it’s strictly business.
No, there is only one pair of blue eyes Lena has spent what feels like a lifetime staring into. And with a breathless gasp she realizes, she’s staring into them now as well. They’re darker than normal with a hint of mischief, anger and wickedness but they’re still her eyes.

The girl jolted in her spot on the sofa, hugging the bear closer to her chest. “Yes.”
Even though Kara had known it from the second she had laid eyes on the child, the confirmation still managed to take her by surprise.
“Who are you?” Lena asked, trying to sound as confident as she could.
“Oh, my name’s Kara.” Kara replied warmly, taking a step forward, eager to move closer to offer reassurance before halting the second she saw the younger version of her once best friend flinch. “It’s okay,” Kara quickly soothed, “It’s okay. I won’t hurt you.”
Lena peered over the top of her bear’s fuzzy head, “Promise?”
Kara knelt down and smiled brightly, “Promise.”or
Following Lex’s defeat, Kara and Lena are struggling to rebuild their friendship and let go of the hurt caused on both sides when Kara and Lena work together to help an alien return home. To show their gratitude for being saved the alien provides the two of them a chance to close the rift still between them. How? By getting them to meet each other's younger selves.

As always, Owen is full of gifts- well breakfast to be fair. It’s the concern from his wife, Hannah, that the young woman never eats that has either one of them in here every morning. They own a diner right next to her and became friends once Jamie became a regular. Today though, well today Owen has this smile- no, shit eating grin as he hands her a steaming cup of tea and a box of pancakes. “Oh my god, Owen, why are you looking at me like that?” She groans as she pops open the lid of her tea to blow on it.
“Jamie, I have news.” He declares proudly.
Jamie scoffs. “Are you getting rid of that ridiculous thing under your nose?” She teases with a raised brow.
