“Cru-..” he choked and coughed, throat still burning after the agony-induced screaming of only minutes ago. Ominis cleared his throat, took a deep breath, thought about that pain, and uttered: “Crucio!”
His wand answered with a surge of focused energy and sent it into the muggle. It wasn’t like any other spell he had cast before. This power was different, it was so much more, it felt viscous and wrong, it felt.. evil. And it came from Ominis, he made it happen.
