Summary
Twenty-seven-year-old Percy Jackson has watched his friends suffer and die for far too long. His resentment towards the gods has grown but he's resigned himself to living out the rest of his life at the bottom of canoe lake and the gods are happy to leave it at that. That is, until one day a primordial god summons him for a quest and sends him back in time. Now Percy is being forced to relive all of that trauma, all of that hurt, every agonizing second of it.
But Percy isn't going to live by those rules anymore. He has his own plans; plans to save everyone who died, plans to stop the mutilations and senseless punishments inflicted by the gods and their pet monsters. Nothing will stop Percy from achieving his goals and finally bringing in a new era of peace for demigods. Percy is going to tear Olympus down brick by brick.
