    “Ah, there you are.” The man, who had light brown hair and cold blue eyes, turned only slightly towards the stairs.

    The woman looked up next, a pretty smile appearing on her face. Her teeth were perhaps the straightest and whitest Morrigan had ever seen. Her auburn hair fell in elegant waves down her shoulders and back, hazel-green eyes bright.

    “Ah, darling.” She turned fully, holding her arms out wide.

    Jupiter set his jaw and made brief eye contact with Kedgeree, then Dame Chanda, who both gave apologetic shrugs.

    “Mother.” He said, in a voice that was light in an incredibly forced way.
