She has her staff gather all of the Wicked Witch propaganda within the palace and orders it to be incinerated. She issues a proclamation denouncing discrimination against the Animals, and rallies the League of Governors to repeal anti-Animal legislation across Oz.

    However. There is one thing she hasn't quite figured out.

    "Glinda?" Pfannee steps into her office. "Dorothy's asking for you again."

    Glinda's forehead hits her desk with a resolute thud. "Oz help me," she groans. "Tell her to go away."

    Or: After the Melting, Glinda puts herself back together through sheer force of will. There's work to be done, and she is the one person who can do it all.
