Summary
The Eye Knows and Sees all, but it cannot understand. That’s what the Archivist is for, to experience, understand, and archive terrible knowledge and fear, and filter that back to the Eye. If Jonah Magnus is the Pupil of the Eye, then Jonathan Sims is the brain that processes what the Eye and Pupil see, for the Beholding does not possess the neural pathways required to feel, let alone understand, fear. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on who you ask) that is about to change.
What happens when a knowledge-seeking entity that cannot think is directly linked to a (lonely, stubborn, morally strict, self-deprecating) human who thinks plenty enough for the both of them?

the Beholding gains sentience and promptly realizes: life is unfair and existence is pain, but at least it has its funky little Archivist.Jon, freshly woken from a six-month coma, gains a loyal, if annoying, companion during his lowest point.

Summary
Tony Stark was a very busy man. Running a company is no easy task, and being a part-time superhero on top of that is nothing to sneeze at, either, plus he still had a personal life. What nobody else knew, however, was that on top of all that, he was also the co-ruler of Hell.
He was a demon. A horned, winged, flame-spitting monster from the fiery pits. No one but Rhodey was privy to this information, and Tony liked to keep it that way. He liked things just fine how they were. Life has a way of pulling the rug out from under his feet, however, and he didn’t expect to be summoned by a kid from Queens one fateful day. Nor did he expect the kid to worm his way into his black heart so quickly.
He’s sure the big, shiny beings upstairs are laughing their asses off.

Summary
Miles doesn't know what's happened to Sonic. The blue hedgehog currently walking around terrorizing the residents of Green Hills was NOT his big brother. It almost looked like Sonic, and it called itself Sonic, but it was anything but Sonic. If only everyone else in Green Hills would realize this and focus on finding the real Sonic instead of blaming Miles.
Or: Miles gets bullied, and the horrible thing that's replaced his closest friend might actually have some trace of the original remaining somewhere deep down.

Au where Ingo dies in Hisui, and Giratina yanks his soul into the Distortion World so he can become an antimatter ghost. Giratina and Ingo become pals, and Ingo dicks around for 300 years before finally reuniting with his brother (albeit a bit late).
This series contains the shenanigans of Ghostly Ingo’s travels, and post-reunion mishaps that come with being a ghost trying to live like a normal human (without being caught in his lie).

Summary
I haven't seen this trope done in marvel, so here it is!
Tony fell into one of those tears like in Thor: The Dark World, and ended up being kidnapped by aliens.
Humans are freakishly strong on alien levels, but unlike Asgardians they aren't known to be sentient and instead pictured as wild beasts. After seeing them in ancient times, rumors spread and everyone collectively agrees to avoid that system at all costs.
