Summary
It was around the age of 16 that Stiles finally started to come to terms with the implications of his words and he had made peace with it. On occasion, he thought that maybe they’d be able to work past whatever issues his soulmate had with him, but when even Scott would forlornly glance at his bicep with those big round, pitiful eyes - he knew. So he accepted it!
But one good thing that came out of that whole situation was Lydia. When Stiles had swiftly redirected himself down the opposite end of the hall and ducked into a somewhat empty classroom to escape prying eyes and laughing jeers over the words stamped across his skin, Lydia had followed. She stayed quiet, let Stiles collect himself and get a hold of his breathing again, then calmly said, “Fuck fate.”

It's 2020, Covid is sweeping the globe and everyone is Quarantined. Luckily Hawkmoth was defeated pre-covid, so Marinette didn't have to worry about him. But she's been going crazy looking for things to do. Her friends have officially run out of ideas for her, and suggest she becomes a TikToker, to ask the internet for ideas. Reluctantly, Marinette becomes an internet star.
Jagged Stone has had it rough since Quarantine hit. He was in America when France put a travel ban in place. Stuck in America, he reaches out to a childhood friend for some help. Two negative covid tests later, Jagged and Penny go to stay with Bruce Wayne.
(It's been brought to my attention that people are scared to read b/c of the mention of Covid. I absolutely don't want to pressure anyone to read, but it's really more of a plot device used to get our girl to meet the Wayne's and then it's not mentioned again. I just wanted to let everyone know)

Summary
In this AU fanfic, Marshall never met Monica at the ViewTuber party he attended. He moves into the apartment next to Sam's after his vicious ViewTube video critiquing Ruminate. Sam immediately despises him, but as time progresses, Marshall realizes the mistake he made and tries desperately to make it up to Sam.
This fanfic follows the story of Sam and Marshall's relationship starting from the point in the comic where she’s successfully fixed his Kingship save file. Its a tale of budding friendship growing into a romance that pushes the two to grow together.
Everything before this story is canon (minus interactions with Monica), but this story itself splinters off from canon.
