During the proceedings of the whole Scarabia nonsense, the gang thinks back and remembers a certain green-haired scarabia student who seemed a bit too knowledgeable about the situation and kept being able to slither away when things got rough in the dorm. When they decide to go looking for trouble and confront him, they find a whole other group of students led by one Beastman. Suho Kazuya, leader of the Rakshala group, and self-proclaimed Jungle King. Similar to the title of a nearly forgotten great figure, from a kingdom overtaken and nearly also forgotten.

The Jungle book is worked into twisted wonderland, Shere Khan's character is trying to bring back his cultures kingdom after it was taken by Sunrise Savanah about 100 years ago. Started with a school gang, ended with a political marriage (that maybe grew to be more?).

Before Miri met her papas, her mother was trying the best she could, truly. But she often talked to her coworkers about not being able to deal, and would talk about sending the child away.
But there was one of her coworkers, another singer, who worried for the little girl. Even offering to take Miri off Misaki's hands whenever it was to much, which was often.
Jang Ra-Heun always had a soft spot for kids. And sadly, in the area they worked and lived, it was common for kids to see things that they shouldn't.
So when Ra-Heun walks into work for practice and finds Misaki with a man at the bar, talking about Miri of all things, she nearly cried from relief.

a LONG fic charting the marauders' time at Hogwarts (and beyond) from Remus' YOUGER SISTER'S PoV - diversion from canon in that the Lupin's father died and they were both raised in a children's home, and are both a bit rough around the edges. Romola Lupin is an original character who is Remus' younger Ravenclaw sister. The only other original characters I have added to this story are a Slughorn girl, a Fairfax girl, and a Burke girl to fill in for fellow Ravenclaws of her year. Otherwise this story is canon-compliant.

Sequel to 'Missed Prayers and Misunderstandings'.
There was something nice about seeing the familiar golden palace as Apollo parked his horses, his mind dashing between present and the courtroom of funhouse-style pantheon in the image of his own family. He'd been prepared for a nice, long decompression session soaking in his pure 100-carat gold bathtube when he is vehemently and violently pelted with the consequences of his actions through an arrow in the knee.
Really, between their schedules and the recent lack of arguments from Apollo's new perspective on life (which he's pretty sure his twin finds weird, at best), he'd almost forgotten how sharp Arty liked her arrows. Almost as sharp as her words.
"Have you finally lost your mind?"
