Rey’s nose wrinkled, she bouncing on her toes as another gusty wind swept through the street. “No it doesn’t.”
They’d seen plenty of films where there were rain kisses—none of the couples were terrible pairings. Well, maybe expect Noah and Allie from The Notebook.
“Yes, it does,” he insisted. “Think of every film with a rain kiss. All the relationships are bad pairings or lead to demise.”
“That’s a batshit theory.”
Ben stared down his nose at her, toe to toe. “It’s brilliant theory.”

However, Ben brilliantly remained neutral every time someone brought up the sudden appearance of these pumpkin spice inspired and flavored items. Claiming at every moment he did not know who bought them.
Because he honestly had no idea who was fucking with him.
Someone in the apartment clearly knew of his little…pumpkin spice addiction. And decided to use to garner his attention—well two can play at that game.
