Apollo yanks his eyes away from the low-hanging waistband of Phoenix’s worn basketball shorts and takes a deep breath.
He actually can't take it. This is the last fucking straw with this place. Not Trucy turning one of his nicer suits into a disguise for Mr Hat, not his constantly late paychecks, or the fact that Mr Wright made him supply his own desk. No, it's the expense of tan skin and the fine trail of black hair leading down beneath the ratty hem of Phoenix Wright's basketball shorts.
His thoughts are rapidly deteriorating about as far as that trail must lead.Apollo suddenly wishes he could sink into the floor. '
Apollo comes to the sudden and very unwelcome realization that his boss is very hot, and absolutely does not crash out about it.

Sure, the thing had taken ages to set up, but most of that had been coaching Mr. Wright—Phoenix, Apollo owns his own damn law firm now, he thinks he’s earned it—through calibrating the app over an excruciating FaceTime call that dragged itself on for three horrible hours. (The man doesn’t know what Bluetooth is. He is not a serious person.) Once it’s all charged and switched on and paired it’s surprisingly straightforward, especially for the cost and the dinky look of the thing; all Apollo has to do is press a button on his phone, and on his screen, Phoenix’s eyes widen with pleasure.
(Apollo uses a remote control vibrator on Phoenix, all the way from Khura'in.)
