Summary
Tony has grown up knowing that Steve Rogers is the peak of all Alpha superiority, and he can't help resenting him a little for that. So, when the legend himself is defrosted and seems to dislike Tony just as much, he isn't surprised.
He is surprised when a few weeks later it comes out that Rogers isn't an Alpha at all. He's an Omega, and he has a very good reason for being wary around Tony.

Summary
Steve gets hit on a STRIKE mission and is reported dead to the Avengers and the world. In reality, a magical accident trapped him in the body of a dog and Hydra saw their chance to swoop in and capture him.
No one knows he’s alive or living as a dog besides Hydra, and that has led to months of painful abuse and experiments. After a narrow escape, Steve finds himself on the streets, trying to stay hidden so he can survive.
A year later, war veteran and amputee Bucky Barnes catches sight of a raggedy husky skulking around his apartment. He instantly wants to help it, but Steve has been tricked before, and he’s not about to make the same mistake twice.

Summary
As an asexual sub, Steve has always had a hard time with doms. After the ice, SHIELD states he needs to be contracted to a dom to be deemed stable enough to go on missions, and Steve is too shell-shocked to fight it.
Enter Brock Rumlow.
Much later, Tony finds Steve in subdrop in his room, and is horrified to learn what kind of dynamic has been going on between the two.
