Summary
UA has a rule—no quirkless students. It was added years ago, after much hemming and hawing about safety concerns and lessening blame in the inevitable circumstance of death. There's no real reason to remove it, not as the percentage of quirkless people plummets further and further.
Of course, this rule doesn't actually matter to Izuku, because he's got an analysis quirk.
As far as anyone knows.
The Plan is simple: have a quirk, become a hero, and avoid anyone who could disprove those first two things.
In hindsight, UA isn't a great choice. And that's before the villains.

Summary
Matthew Michael Murdock could have gone his entire life without knowing there was a teenager running around playing hero and getting hurt. Really, Matt never wanted to know anything like that, but now that he did, it wasn't something he could just ignore. Mentoring a super powered teen wasn't something he wanted in his life, but he could not live with himself if he did nothing.
That's the glue between me and you. That's the screws and nails. We all live in a house made of each other and if that seems strange, that's because it is.

After his aunt and uncle were murdered Peter was put into foster care. Too many neglecting and abusive homes later he runs to live on the street. He knows he is smart and will make it work.
And he did. Successfully for over a year now.
In all this time he did the thing he never wanted to do again, he let people in. Even though he loves his friends he doesn’t tell them who he is under the mask. They know Spider-Man and that is more than enough.
Because he knows they wouldn’t want a fifteen year old homeless teenager with trauma piled to the moon in their lives. So the mask stays on.

Was crying a fair bit, then, chapter 5 and you start linking everything up with Fushiguro saying Gojo used an excuse to see a friend in Okinawa but he never visited anyone, but Rikos fucking ashes are there apparently.
I stopped as he was retelling the Nanami thing, because Nanami said he got mad and his flashback and I will start sobbing, my breaths already ragged and I'm sharing a room rn. I will lose and pride I stg.
