It was oh so cold.
The kind of cold that seeps into your skin, caresses your muscles with sharp needles, skims across your bones with a piercing afterglow. The kind that leaves you feeling raw and exposed, alone and vulnerable.
It feels too exposing. Too knowing.It feels of a gentle mothers kiss and a fathers harsh hand, of a loving home and harsh city streets. So caring and yet so cruel.
