Three weeks has passed since Godzilla and Mark had rescued from their two-week excursion on the island that Mark had ran aground on. Godzilla has fully recovered from his infection and settles into a routine.
While there's smooth sailing for now, not everything's sunshine and rainbows. When heading to his room after having lunch with Maddie and a small group of humans, Godzilla overhears a portion of a meeting of Mark's.
