Jeongin is comfortable with the others by now — if not a little terrified of being rejected because he doesn’t have a sex drive and doesn’t even want to be in the same room as the others when the scent of arousal twists through the air. That clinging worry, the anxiety that murmurs about how he can’t really be part of the pack without helping with cycles and sex, has led to him keeping his lips sealed about being asexual. He can’t stomach the thought of being rejected, and yet at the same time, he knows he could never force himself into having sex.
The unknown, Jeongin has long since found, is terrifying.

Kiri's already shit mental health is worsened by the looming financial struggles, Jake's visible depression, and nearly her whole life being uprooted. Neteyam faces increasing pressure from his stressed father, and struggles to find stability within their new home and life. Both have to come to terms with their downhill life.
