   Why was it so heartbreaking, to have Raven tell her that she wouldn’t be able to have her in her happily ever after? She— she likes being Raven’s friend, and roommate, and hanging out with her outside of classes. Despite it all. Despite their destiny. Not having Raven anymore would be worse than taking a bite out of a poison apple meant to kill.
