Logan stood, solitary, in the empty and still unkempt apartment. He watched helplessly as Thomas shut on the door on his way out. Sure, Logan could have gone with him, but he didn't want to. No, he wanted to stew in his anger and be miserable and hold a grudge for a moment.
He hated the other sides. And Thomas. And especially Remus. And he hated the pigsty of an apartment he was forced to live in. And he hated the way Remus was right.

Summary
To prevent confusion, it should be explained that just as Prince, Heart and Logic were superheroes, known as the Light Side, Duke, Deceit and Anxiety (Virgil) were supervillains, known as the Dark Side. Not that they did much villainy, except robbing corporations and causing general mayhem for the rich assholes that lived in the city. Duke was Prince’s twin, which meant they were arch-enemies already, and it was easy to mutually decide that Heart and Deceit could be enemies just like Anxiety and Logic could be enemies. This worked fine for Virgil.
What also worked fine for Virgil was this train of thought that the three supers in front of him had started. No, he wasn’t mute, he just didn’t like to talk much in battle. However, he was not above having a little fun until his teammates came to get him from the building he was being held in, so instead of talking and telling the group that he could, in fact speak, he did the following.
Virgil tilted his head curiously, tapped on the table twice to ensure he had everyone’s attention, and then spoke for the first time in the last however long they had had him.

Logan stares at him for a moment before sighing, ignoring the small smile gracing his lips, “Patton, you're a ghost. You guys don't need sleep.”

“Morning, Virge!” he yells over his shoulder, having seen Virgil sitting on the counter, hands curled around a gifted mug engraved with #1 murder story victim along the side.He doesn't see it—his back is currently to the ghost, after all—but he can sense the way Virgil rolls his mirth-filled eyes with a put-upon huff.

Truthfully Virgil was terrified at the very prospect. There was a reason each nanny didn't last long, and Virgil had heard enough horror stories about the Ackroyd boys to avoid them at all costs when he had worked in the past. Hell the only reason he still got some to come in now and then was because the job was so high paying. Mr. Ackroyd knew exactly what he was doing advertising with all those zeroes, he was reeling in any nanny who would skip talking to peers at the sight. And now by some twist of fate that very bait was dangling above Virgil, and even worse there wasn’t anyway he could feasibly afford to ignore it. A sigh escaped his lips as he looked the man in the eye, “I think it is more than a generous offer that I would be happy to accept.”
(Virgil becomes the newest nanny for his very attracti- for Logan.)

He had a plan to not only get the barrier down but also fix the strange behaviors the Lights had been displaying lately.Unfortunately, it required Logan's help.
Unfortunate for two reasons. One: Logan probably wouldn't want to help; Two: Remus would make fun of Janus relentlessly for having a crush on Logan.It would be even more difficult to convince Logan to help with the power of Orange rising. The longer he was kept locked up, the more difficult it would be contain.

Alright kiddos, here’s the plan: eight boys, four houses, seven years at a school that sees absolutely no problem with massive three-headed dogs in unsealed classrooms, sports equipment that wants to bash your head in, and giving children multi-purpose guns. Let’s see where it takes us!
Swearing, violence/gore (eventually), fluff, angst, no smut.
For reference, all of them are in the same year as Fred and George. Every chapter is formatted like a one-shot. So it goes chronologically and past shots affect future ones, but outside of two-parters, they all have some kind of conclusion.
