Summary
“After everything you’ve done for me,” Katsuki says, “if there’s something I can do, I’m doing it.” He hesitates for a moment and then steps up onto the bed, straddling Aizawa’s hips. He kneels over him, pleased when Aizawa doesn’t attempt to fight him back. This will be so much worse than it has to be if he has to force Aizawa into submission.
Aizawa keeps his hands firmly in the sheets, smartly resisting the urge to shove Katsuki off. “Whether I’m willing or not?” he asks, gathering all the information before he acts.
Katsuki stares at him, feeling the heat of him between his thighs. He’s not as small as he was in high school, and keeps his full weight off of his teacher. Even still, he can feel how Aizawa is hard, thick beneath his ass, pressing up into the crease of his briefs. Not as unaffected by the quirk as he seems, evidently.
“If that’s what it takes,” he replies and reaches down to pull the sheets down from over Aizawa’s body.

or, Aizawa gets hit with a lust-quirk and Katsuki's his emergency contact. while Aizawa's content to ride it out, Katsuki's not willing to let his sensei suffer.

Izuku pressed his face into Katsuki’s chest, “I promise I’m not lying Kacchan.” he sniffled, wetting Katsuki's shirt with his tears.
And that was the thing, wasn’t it? Izuku wouldn't lie to him, he knew that. Izuku was his best friend; he had no reason to lie. If the idiot had a quirk, Katuski would be the first person he’d tell, and he’d never shut up about it.
So why was it so hard to accept?
