Summary
Being supernatural isn't as fun as you'd think.
Midoriya is a half-demon, on his father's side. Which means that he can make deals, has natural access to magic (though no means to channel it), and might be able to leave the material plane. Emphasis on might. Add in the number of accidental contracts he makes, and his lack of knowledge on his own kind...
Its fine! He can handle it! He's going to be a hero (even if he doesn't want to) and he has everything under control. Clearly.

Summary
Some pills are tough to swallow. Others don't need to be taken at all.
Izuku wants to become a hero, wants it with a burning passion. So what if Izuku was quirkless. So what if every pro hero he heard of (most of them) had a quirk. Helping people didn't require a quirk. Who would let something like the lack of a superpower get in the way of that goal? Proper training at Japan's best heroic's program would more than prepare him for his future career. Theoretically. Izuku needed to get into the school first.
He needs to be able to prove that he has more potential than all the applicants with quirks. Objectively the odds are not in his favour. Izuku has never taken the easy way out, and maybe with copious amounts of luck he might have a chance.Or- what inevitably happens when one quirkless Midoriya Izuku discovers he has borderline supernatural levels of good luck and tries to master it in time for UA's entrance exams.
