Summary
Despite being an up-and-coming inspector for the Musutafu police, Bakugou is always under the oppressive thumb of Chisaki Kai. Solving a series of grisly murders by day, he's forced to do Chisaki's bidding by night; working under the table to rid the city, and the police force, of mafia influence.
When an order to assassinate a member of Usagi no Akuma, a notorious mafia group, takes an unprecedented turn, Bakugou is forced to make a choice. He's thrust into the middle of a dangerous triangle between the police force, the Hellflame Mafia, and Usagi no Akuma, and all paths seem to lead to destruction.
