Summary
They say that a carp that climbs a waterfall can become a dragon. They say that a person with a useless quirk cannot become a hero. They say a lot of things, but Midoriya Izumi has never shied away from a challenge. Her quirk might be useless, her transformation might be pitiful and weak, but she is going to climb as many fucking waterfalls as she has to- both literal and metaphorical- until she becomes a dragon and achieves her dreams.
Or: Midoriya Izumi turns into a koi fish. Through her own hard work, she becomes a DRAGON.

Summary
When King Aultcray had proposed the plan to summon all four cardinal heroes, he had already devised plans to deal with that blasted Shield Devil. But when the Shield is attached to a woman, he finds himself faltering. A new plan is in order, one that pushes away the girl until she gives up on ever returning to Melromarc.
Meanwhile, three of the heroes are continually dumbfounded as they discover more about this world. For every similarity to a game, there's one large difference. And it usually connects to the outlier of the legendary saints, Naofumi Iwatani.
For her part, Naofumi knew she wouldn't be much help in raids or boss fights with only a shield. End-game classes rarely, if ever, used only a shield. So she planned to do what she did best: collect rare items and manipulate the in-game economy.
