Shouto Todoroki has a problem.
It's not that he's homeless, not that he has no idea where his next meal is coming from or that his eugenics loving Father gets one step closer to hunting him down every time he uses his quirk. It's not even that he's missed the U.A. entrance date and the entire feature he was bred for has been replaced with just trying to survive between one night and the next.
