“What about you master Childe? Are you going to be in the same hotel?” The young woman knitted her eyebrows whilst also narrowing her eyes suspiciously, like this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened,
Childe laughed awkwardly as he looked back down at his employee, rubbing the back of his neck as though he was just caught red-handed with a hand in the cookie jar,
“They just so happened to have no room for me,” he admitted, “but I’ll find something so you don’t have to worry.” A genuine smile at the girl was enough for her to sigh in defeat this time, as much as she wanted to insist he takes her room and she shares with one of the others, Ekaterina’s aware her boss is one stubborn ass.

In which Childe has gay panic because an explosion destroyed the Northland bank and so he shares an apartment (and bed) with Zhongli. They have to find the culprit! But the consultant is just so... distracting.
