Summary
Hanzo Shimada. Japanese. Forty seven years old. Ex-yakuza boss, and one of the most infamous and deadly assassins known to the criminal underworld.
This information registers as soon as he enters the cell, face recognition software pulling more intel from databases that Ramattra has long since broken into. Even without any of it, Ramattra would have known who he was looking at. There were only so many people that Talon thought of as "dangerous", and there were even less that they considered potential allies.
"How interesting. You are not what I expected."
Hanzo does not look at him. Ramattra did not expect any less, and yet he still somehow feels disrespected.
Ramattra and Hanzo get to know each other. They stay on the opposite sides of cell bars, until they don't.

His skin is moving.
The dragon bonding ceremony does not go well. No human is built to hold two dragons- nobody knows what to do as they both ink themselves into Hanzo's skin.

His eyes wander over the Torchbearer’s piecemeal armor, his tattered green tunic caked in mud so that the embroidered symbology is barely visible, his bloodied hands that never seem to wash clean these days. But the prisoner’s gaze seems to linger longest on the handle of the battleaxe that the Torchbearer carries on his back.
Still faintly smiling, he asks, “Have you also come to offer me absolution, or are you my vengeful executioner here to relieve me of my head?”
